Hey everyone!
Today in the morning I woke up too late. I didn't have time for everything i do in the morning usually. I gave up my make up. I had a reflection about how girls are looking without make up usually. We don't have lot of time to care about our skin so most of girls have sallow complexion, dark circles under the eyes etc. Today i will give you few tips how to look good without make up - so every time you are late or lazy you don't have to stress about your appearance.


1. SLEEP
The most important thing we can do to make our skin look better, to make ourselves feel better. If you want your skin to look fresh and beautiful you have to be rested. 8 h for adult would be perfect. If you have a problem with it try to sleep at least half an hour longer. It will keep your skin in a better condition.


2. PROTECTION 
Always remember to put cream with UV filter regardless of the season.  (how to improve your cream in another post :)

3. CLEANSING
Everyday wash your face with cleansing gel. Once a week do a peeling.

4. VITAMIN C
Cup of water with lemon in the morning will help you to get rid of toxins. It's a way to have healthy skin. It also promotes metabolism.

5. DO NOT TOUCH
Touching your skin is not good idea if you want it to be smooth. When you touch it its an easy way to get microtrauma and pimles.

6. TONING
Remember to use this alcohol-free so your skin won't get dry. It aligns the pH level and improve the color of the skin.

Inside my bag!

Hey everyone!
It was a long time I wanted to make a post "What is in my bag". I've finally done it. Lot of bags are organised, and considered. Mine... absolutely not! I put what i need just today. I don't have little purses inside, bags in bag and so on. Maybe i should change it cause i always search for something for a quite long time :)

1. Earphones - are irreplaceable in the train during my road to university
2. Sunglasses - especially in summer eye protection is important
3. Pen - my favourite, so fresh, so girly , bought in Tiger
4. Brush - Tangle Teezer , compact. Small and reliable. Best for quick hairstyle improvements
5. Pocket money - for hot chocolate or just train ticket
6. Nail conditioner - nail care wherever you want. My favourite is Regenerum
7. Watch - i always have it with me. Although i have it , i' m always late :)
1. Glasses - RayBan , always look good
2. Good book - this point is changeable. This time it's Parisian Chic by Ines de la Fressange
Cosmetic part of my bag is also changeable but basics are: hand cream (Neutrogena, Evree), pouder (L'Oreal), eye drops, lip balm (Carmex).

But since when french liked old routines runaway & catwalk ? This time its out in the streets of paris from la défense to les Champs Élysée , even in the forgotten corners of the capital , Egdy , bold , colorfull , call it what you want , its catchy & stylish  its The Unique Paris

I know how Stressul it can be the first date 
a new person ! different world ! different expectations .
Afraid to mess up the date with a person that you may like so much ! 
too nervous and dont know whats good and whats not ?
all of us been there at least once .
dont worrie and calm down ,here is the solution for this little problem 
let me guide you throu those little baby steps to get a great result in the end of your date :
Rule 1:  Boys communicate in two ways: with their mouth and with their attitude. So keep your eyes and ears wide open .
Rule 2: The Bad guys only want one thing about this appointment: sex . So be vigilant with whom you go out.
Rule 3: Do not invest in a relationship if you're not really in love.
Rule 4:   Always a descent outfit for this type of appointment.
Rule 5: Do not build up lot of expectations , be normal.
Rule 6:  Boys do not like desperate girls. Remember be your self , be funy
Rule 7: Use your phone just to fix an appointment , dont make it part of the Date.

Rule 8: The first appointment ALWAYS must be simple and creative . No " restaurant and movie ." Involved activity : bowling , roller skating, mini- golf , dance etc. . Have fun .

Smells good - 4 tips

Scent is powerful. It can make us feel good for the rest of the day. What to do to have it all they next to us? Let's make our CLOTHES smell good!

There is some ways to make aroma stay with clothes for long time.  You don't have to spend lot of money to feel good and smell good for the whole day!

1. PARFUME IRONING

When you iron clothes before putting them into the wardrobe. Add to ironing water few drops of your favourite parfum. Water should be warm. It will make scent last longer.

2. FLOWER SACHET


Take a piece of cotton fabric in your favourite colour. Put some dried flower petals inside. It can be rose, lavend, orange, tea,  potpourri,  etc. You can sew the fabric or just tie it with ribbon. Hang it on any hanger or put it between clothes.

3. SOAP

If you always forget about buying soap or you are always feeling lack of it - BUY  MORE and put into the wardrobe. You can sew special bag for it. You can also put them between clothes and let them work! Remember - it hqve to be fragrant soap!

4.  ESSENTIAL OILS

They have thousands of applications. One of them is to put open bottle near your clothes. You can also mix few drops of your favourite oil with some water and spray on clothes. But be careful , essential oil can decolorize clothes or stain them!
